Sample Sayfon's authentic freshly cooked Northern Thai food, using genuine Thai ingredients, available in the dining room at Shemara.

 

The dining room is open in the evenings from 6pm to 8pm but booking is essential. We do not have a table license but you are welcome to bring your own wine or beer and we will provide the glasses and service for a small corkage charge.
