We care about good food, drink and great service. Our philosophy is about quality and sourcing the food as locally as possible. For example we buy our lamb from Hazel Relph at Yewtree Farm in Rosthwaite, our Steak Pudding uses Limousin beef from the nearby Newlands Valley, our tasty selection of cheeses are all Cumbrian and the thick cut bacon comes from the local butcher in Keswick.
Our Bar serves a range of local cask conditioned beers such as the Hawkshead Brewery range, Jennings Cocker Hoop, Black Sheep and Keswick Brewery Thirst Rescue. We have an extensive range of Malt Whiskies and decent quality soft drinks. Our wine list includes over 40 different bottles including 6 wines available by the glass.
