Description: Derwent Bay Bears near Portinscale is the home of Cumbrian chainsaw sculpture. Here they make a family of bears and other animals all hand carved from solid timber for your garden, patio or conservatory!
Pop down to Derwent sawmill to see a bear being carved or view various examples. There is a childrens play area, a shop selling various toys and other gifts and parking for everyone!
Derwent Bay Bears have just opened a shop on the Main Street which has a wide selection of toys and gifts - opposite Brysons Bakery and just down from the Moot Hall. [ back ]
