No previous dance experience is necessary - just a desire to explore the healing and uplifting qualities of movement in peaceful surroundings.
Cindy Zudys has taught dance and movement for more than 30 years. She has had extensive experience of movement therapy and is a trained counsellor. She believes that dancing is a deeply enriching and sometimes spiritual experience and her aim is to make it accessible to all.
She is fiercely opposed to the popular misconception that dance is only appropriate for the young and the skinny! [ back ]
