Irton House Farm compromises of six holiday cottages which sit around a central courtyard. The cottages have been carefully designed to provide easy access and comfort for all guests including any with disability including wheelchair users and well behaved dogs are welcome.
The farm is set in 240 acres of pasture and woodland and commands possibly one of the finest views found in the Northern Lake District, sitting in an elevated position with uninterupted views over Skiddaw, Bassenthwaite Lake and the North Lake District fells.
There are friendly owners in residence at the adjacent farmhouse and there are laundry facilities and a games room on site with snooker and pool tables and table tennis.
Irton House Farm is just off the A591, on the road to Isel, approximately 8 miles Northwest of Keswick, near to Bassenthwaite village. It is an ideal base to explore the Northern Lake District and Cumbria.
