Lynwood Guesthouse is a large Victorian House built in the 1850's using local slate. An impressive house, Lynwood has retained many of its orginal features and has six spacious ensuite bedrooms, the ensuites all recently refurbished to a very high standard. The rooms at the front of the house look out over the roof tops to Walla Crag and Cat Bells whilst those at the back have views out to Skiddaw.
We are a pet friendly guest house. Many of the famous walks of this area start from our doorstep and we are only too happy to point you in the right direction. We welcome couples, walking groups, golfers, individuals and your dog (by prior arrangement) at Lynwood, whether you are coming for the walks, to tour, business or to attend a wedding. Whatever your reason for visiting the Lakes you can be assured of our best attention.
Situated in a quiet residential area of Keswick, Lynwood Guesthouse is only five minutes stroll into town with all its many pubs, restaurants, coffee shops and shops.
