Originally a Victorian town house built in the late 1800's, Glendale now provides high standard centrally heated accommodation with large comfortable rooms (most en-suite), all tastefully decorated and comfortably furnished.
The atmosphere of this family run house is relaxing and friendly and the owners Gilly and Martin Lankester are always on hand to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
Our breakfasts are a real treat with a choice from hot croissant with jam to a hearty English breakfast with Cumberland sausage and hash brown. All accompanied by tea or freshly ground coffee and toast with home made marmalade.
We are situated in a quiet location within four minutes walk of the market town centre of Keswick. The town offers a wide variety of attractions including:- museums, galleries, shops, restaurants, pubs and a selection of beautiful parks.
