Description: Applegarth is a traditionally built Edwardian Lakeland house offering both twin or double bedded rooms, a single room is also available. We are situated close to the local amenities.
A warm welcome & value for money are guaranteed. Breakfast is freshly cooked to order, packed lunch available. Guided walks or cycle rides available by arrangement.
Braithwaite is situated 2 miles west of the busy Market Town of Keswick on the A66. It lies at the foot of the Whinlatter Pass amongst the North West Fells of the Lake District. Ideally sited for exploring the area either by road, on foot or cycle. Within easy walking distance are forest trails for walkers or cycles, fell walks to suite all capabilities or just roam and take in the scenery. The Village has several Hotels/Pubs which offer excellent fare & hospitality.
