The three bedroomed property sits above a local bookshop and has stunning Lakeland views of Keswick market square with its dramatic backdrop of Walla Crag and Clough Head and North to the magnificent Skiddaw ? an ideal apartment for exploring Keswick and the Northern Lake District.

The apartment sleeps up to 6 people in comfort with two double rooms (one kingsize) and one twin and every bedroom has an en suite bathroom. There is a colourful and practical kitchen with a gas cooker and hob, washing machine and fridge, and a dining area with table and chairs. (The views from the kitchen window are also of the Skiddaw range). Finally, there is a very large and bright living room with views from three sides, of Skiddaw, Keswick town square and Cat Bells. The living room has large colour tv, video, stereo and even a quality wooden pool table!

The property is in the heart of the town where you have a wide range of restaurants, cafes, shops, galleries, a cinema, museums and more. Step out of the front door and you are in the middle of Keswick or alternatively, head left and up Stanger Street and drop into the beautiful and tranquil Fitz park (the main town park) which is the place for watching the cricket, having a game of football or just relaxing (only 3 minutes walk).

A parking permit is provided for use in the town car parks.
