Views from Walla Crag
Walla Crag sits South East of Keswick and though quite small
in Lakeland fell terms, it commands some of the most spectacular
views in the Northern Lake District. From the top you have one
of the finest picture postcard views of Keswick and Skiddaw available
but there are also amazing views of Bassenthwaite, Derwentwater,
Newlands Valley, Borrowdale, Bleeberry fell, Clough Head and Blencathra
(quite a selection!!). An interesting short walk which is well
worth the effort.
